EZ Path Capital is a real estate investor loan origination platform. We help real estate investors explore and apply for financing such as DSCR loans, fix-and-flip loans, bridge loans, and ground-up construction loans. Loans are funded through third-party lending partners. EZ Path Capital does not guarantee that any applicant will be approved for a loan or receive any particular rate or terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. Our loan programs are intended for business-purpose and investment real estate transactions and are not intended for personal, family, or household purposes, including the purchase or refinance of an owner-occupied primary residence.
Information on the Website, including loan amounts, leverage, terms, timelines, and program features, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not an offer to lend, a loan commitment, or a guarantee of approval. All offers of credit are subject to due diligence, underwriting, appraisal, and final approval by the funding lender. Not all applicants will qualify, and not all applicants who qualify will receive the lowest rate or best terms. Actual rates and terms depend on a variety of factors, and restrictions may apply. EZ Path Capital offers a text messaging program ("EZ Path Capital Loan Updates") to communicate with customers and applicants who have opted in.
Program description: When you opt in, you may receive text messages about your loan inquiry or application, including application status updates, document requests, appointment and consultation reminders, closing updates, and responses to your customer service questions.
How to opt in: You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our Website, or by texting us directly. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for a loan or purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your loan request.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you would like to rejoin, you may sign up again in the same way you originally opted in, or reply START.

Carrier liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
